Harvest America: For People Like Jonathan

Only 18 days until Harvest America!
Last year when we did this nationwide outreach, we had 300,000 in live attendance at over 2,400 venues around the United States. Best of all, we saw 15,000 make professions of faith to follow Jesus Christ.
One of those people was a young boy named Jonathan whose mom took him to a church hosting Harvest America in the Bay Area. Jonathan made a commitment to follow Jesus Christ that night. But that is not where the story ends.
The day after Harvest America, he told his mom that he had a headache, and the pastor prayed for him. Jonathan got sicker and was admitted to the hospital, where they found he had leukemia.
Jonathan went to be with the Lord the following Wednesday.
His mother was heartbroken but rejoicing that her son had come to Christ just hours before leaving this world for the next one.
People often ask me why I do what I do. This is why. Because of people like Jonathan. People who need the Lord. People who may pass into eternity in the very near future.
I have one simple objective: to take as many people to heaven with me as possible!
Will you join me in this evangelistic crusade? Please talk to your pastor about your church becoming a venue for the live HD broadcast from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Or consider renting a venue like a theater or a large room and do your own hosting. Or open up your front room and invite people that do not know the Lord.
Jesus said that “the harvest is plenteous, but the laborers are few.” Will you be a laborer and help me to reach people like Jonathan?
If you want to know more about Harvest America, and how to be a one of our participating venues, .
