The Big Bible Study will be taking place in Worcester Cathedral again later this month.
People from across Worcester and Dudley are being invited to join the Anglican Bishop of Worcester, the Right Reverend John Inge, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Birmingham, Bernard Longley, and Heart of England Baptist Association Regional Minister, the Reverend Keith Judson, for the study on 21 September at 10am.
They will be looking at several versions of the Scriptures and the event has been designed to be suitable for Christians as well as non-Christians who may be unfamiliar with the Bible.
The three ministers will speak on the Scriptures before participants come together in smaller groups to look at different passages.
Coffee will be on hand and the morning will end with a time of worship together. Participants are being invited to stay on for a picnic lunch and spend time browsing the marketplace of Bible study providers.
Cathedral Canon, the Reverend Dr Alvyn Pettersen said: "We hope that several hundred people from all traditions will join the Bishop of Worcester, the Archbishop of Birmingham and the Leader of the Heart of England Baptist Association to explore different ways of reading the Bible, and then to tease out its importance in our lives.
"Whether you are new to the bible or have been studying it for years, there will definitely be an opportunity to learn something new.
